A copy of this application will be emailed to your patrol director for approval. Participation in the selected events will be allowed once electronic approval and payment of fees is received.

NOTES & DEADLINES

The Senior Candidate Application and copy of candidate's NSP education profile, must be in the hands of the Region Senior Program Advisor at least thirty (30) days prior to the Candidates first event/scheduled Test date (as published in DOWNHILL). There is NO FEE required for submitting this application.
This application, "Senior Test Application" and Fee must be in the hands of the Region Senior Program Advisor at least two (2) weeks prior to the scheduled Test date (as published in DOWNHILL). Separate applications are required for each Test, except as noted above. Applications without a Patrol Director's signature or the required fees will be rejected. If you have any questions, call the Region Senior Program Advisor.
The "Senior Candidate Skills Sign-off form" with the appropriate number of signatures (two signatures for the skiing or snowboarding test and one signature for the toboggan and SEM test) must be completed and notification of such must be submitted to the Region Senior Program Advisor at least two (2) weeks prior to the scheduled Test. The original Sign-off forms must be turned in to the Region Senior Program Advisor on the day of the Test.
